Shipping will usually take place within 1-2 business days after payment in full is received. Smaller objects are generally shipped domestically via Royal Mail unless otherwise requested. Larger objects are usually shipped via DHL Express or Parcel Force and can be delivered within 48 hours.
Domestic shipping costs, including freight, packaging and insurance, are free of charge and are included in the listed price.
Alternative shipping methods are available per request.
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs for international shipments, including freight, packaging and insurance, are at buyers expense. The amount of insurance will equal the purchase price of the item. Contact us at david@davidmalikarts.com for applicable rates. Shipping will usually take place within 1-3 business days after payment is received in full. Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Any insurance claim for receipt of damaged items must be communicated to us within 2 days of receipt of damaged object by emailing us at david@davidmalikarts.com with full details of the items damaged as well as digital images of the damages.
My absolute priority is your satisfaction as a customer. I offer a three (3) day examination period during which items can be inspected and returned. If you are not satisfied for whatever reason, refunds will be issued in the amount of the purchase price, provided items are returned before the end of the 3 day examination period. Buyer is responsible for all the costs of return shipment, including freight, insurance and packing costs. All returned items must be insured by the customer against loss or damage for the full value of the item/s purchased, and they must be received in the same condition as when shipped to be valid for a refund. Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of returned items.
