Female anthropomorphic mask carved with high domed forehead, bi-secting rectangular nose, small slit eyes, rectangular projecting mouth and small cross incisions above sloping cheeks. Overall linear repeating engraved pattern with white ground and black and red pigmented detail. Mellow worn patina on obverse. 1-1/2” hole at top of chin, insect degradation of interior surface, fiber beard removed.
